Our service begins with pickup, either at the train station in Aguas Calientes or at your accommodation in the town of Aguas Calientes. Then we will board the shuttle bus up to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (30 min). We will go through the entrance ticket control, and then we will begin the guided tour according to the circuit on your ticket.

- If you are staying in accommodations in the town of Aguas Calientes, we will pick you up from your lodging at a time coordinated the day before your guided service.
- If you are traveling by train on the day of your visit to Machu Picchu, please head to the exit door of the train station in Aguas Calientes. Our staff will await you there, holding our company logo and your name.
